ON MOST REMOTES (Generalized):
1. Turn on the TV.
2. Press and hold the TV and SEL buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The button will light.
3. With the button lit, point the remote at the TV and enter the TV’s 3, 4, or 5 digit code.
4. Verify by pressing the VOLUME + button. This should turn the TV VOLUME up.
5. Press the TV button to store the 3, 4, or 5 digit code. The button will blink twice to confirm the code is stored.

If you have a universal remote, try using the remote code 2558 to control your WD TV media player. If that does not work you may need a higher quality universal remote to actually map out some keys. See below…

Here is how to map a function to a key for the “One For All” remote

1 – Put the remote in the correct mode (SAT)
2 – Hold the “magic” button until the LED flashes 2 times
3 – Press 9-9-4
4 – Press “magic” again and do not hold it down
5 – Enter the 5 digit Key Magic code
6 – Press the key you want to map the function to

To reset a key to its default function for the “One For All” remote

1 – Hold the “magic” button until the LED flashes 2 times
2 – Press 9-9-4
3 – Press the key twice
